The Fault In Our Stars (Spoiler Alert)

Can I say that I cried and cried and cried and cried some more though out this movie? Do I have to mention that this movie touched my heart so much so that I cried with Hazel? I don't think so. Though I'm still going to tell you that I did cry and yes I did feel her pain. This was actually a book first and then turned into a movie that has now gone viral, majority of people know or have already seen/read it.

I'm not going to speak about the story, if you want you can go ahead and search it up and watch it or go ahead and read it (in a nice voice hehe). What I'm going to to speak about is about the story itself that conveys the true definition of love, Hazel and Gus stuck by each other's side no matter what throughout they're sickness. Gus knew that Hazel would die one unexpected but what Hazel didn't know was...that he was going to die soon too. He ends up (spoiler alert) dying before her sadly, he had cancer that caused his heart to stop.

Relationships nowadays are so superficial that it's hard to find a relationship that actually has the real meaning of being there for one another when things get fought, instead that's when they decide to quit. Like c'mon you told that person, "I love you," and just like that you leave them like hot potatoes because of a small problem. So not true that you love them. This movie conveys love in action, they hardly said "I love you" but with their actions they said it plenty of times.

How do we show we love the people around us? Maybe we should consider our actions towards them.

150 People die in Germanwings Airplane: Lubitz

On Tuesday a airplane with 150 people crashed over France killing the majority of the passengers and the pilots. Investigators have found out that the co-pilot Andreas Lubitz locked out the pilot that had walked out for a while, and that's when the plane crashed. It seems like there's no apparent reason to think that it was a suicide nor religious related. It's been found that Lubitz was sick but he hadn't told his employer of his condition, on Monday the doctor gave him an excuse to miss work for the next day which of course he didn't miss. From the finding it seems like Lubitz was to undergo an everyday check up, for he might have been physically and mentally sick.

I do think it's important for us all to know this news to know what is going on around us but also to know the "why" this sort of accidents happen. The dead of over 100 people could have been prevented if Lubitz hadn't gone to work and told his employer about his health condition. Many families are mourning the death of they're lost one all for what? For the action taken by a proud person that didn't want to admit that they weren't okay to do they're job. Maybe he would have gotten help, though nowadays is hard for people to open up about they're problems while being eembarrassed about others opinion. Or even to just maintain an imagine of a person that has they're life together. This serves us as a life lesson too, we must learn to not let our ego, our proudness to hurt other people around us. And that's why I chose this current event to make aware of this.

The article I chose is in Spanish since it has the details about Lubitz' health conditions but here are some links in English so you can understand what is going on with the case so far.

Movie Review of the "Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn part 2" by Ben Kendrick

Ben Kendrick made his movie review seem like a melodramatic complain of the actual movie by ranting for a long while about the audiences expectations of the movie. Such as, "It goes without saying that moviegoers who are simply uninterested about the Twilight franchise will not enjoy Breaking Dawn - Part 2 - as the film still contains the usual series staples (shirtless Taylor Lautner, glittering vampires, melodramatic romance, etc)." I didn't really like this movie review for the actual fact that it was full of unnecessary details that made the review prolong. It didn't keep my attention for long, I barely started reading and I was already bored of the article itself. Thumbs down for Mr. Kendrick on his review of Breaking Dawn part 2.

Movie Review of the Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn part 2" by Eric D. Snider

As Eric D. Snider reviews the final book of the "Twilight Saga" series he tells us the main events you need to know about the story within the movie, which makes it easy to understand even if you haven't seen any of the movies (or read the books). He makes comparisons within his writing adding in some humor as he says," These characters, many with special abilities beyond the usual vampire talents, compromise an X-Men like squad." I really liked it overall though he's not that into the books or the movies (as usual) but it was a great written article that if I hand't known about the books nor the movies I probably wouldn't have been very interested in the Twilight movies.

Movie review of "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn part 2" by Roger Ebert

Roger Ebert writes a movie review of one of the movies that has engrossed billions of people around
the world: "Breaking Dawn part 2" from the series "The Twilight Saga" a genre of drama, fantasy and romance. It's different than other genres for the simple fact that it's a teenage girl that has fallen in love with the most gorgeous guy she's ever seen --and he's a vampire. The series is originally written by Stephenie Meyer but the movie was actually directed by Bill Condon. Ebert did a great job of describing the story in his review as he says," We see the new Bella in an entertaining sequence when her husband, Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson), takes her on a test drive, so to speak, as a vampire. She can run from place to place instantaneously, see details of nature in great and speeded-up detail, win in hand-to-paw combat with a mountain lion and has a taste for blood." Despite the fact that he wrote a marvelous (in my opinion at least) review filled with descriptions of the most important highlights of the movie without spoiling the movie, he himself doesn't like the movie. He says,"Look, the "Twilight" series is not my thing," yet he managed to keep his reader interested with his well written review but he did admit that he liked the finale of the movie which kept him in safe ground by stating his opinion yet putting there his counterattack already.

Let go

Why are you so promiscuous with me darling?
Why are you so cynical?
Why are you so pessimist?

I'm hanging on a thread,
And I'm skeptical of the fact if you can actually lead.
You tell me "I love you" and you embrace me in your arms,
But love doesn't leave you with loneliness.
Why darling why must you hurt me,
I've done nothing but love you.

Can't see straight,
I've lost all my strength.
Can't you see I'm grief stricken?
You've hurt me in the most cruel way my darling.
I want you but my heart is being taken,
It's a feeling so alien like that it's startling.

Oh honey you left me heart sore,
A wound so deep inside my soul.
It goes down into my core,
You committed a life foul.
You shattered my poor heart,
Threw a poisonous dart.

I thought I loved you,
But I misunderstood my obsession.
What I had for you wasn't love,
It was mere possession.
I've set you free,
Because I'm a better me without you.

Darling I hold no malevolence,
My heart doesn't hold malice.

You left me heartbroken with your bitterness,
But now I've found happiness.
I had to let you go to make space for something new,
Something that I didn't know.

I've found true Love from up above,
Now I live in grace.
Darling I wish the best for you,
Darling I wish happiness for you,
Darling take care.

 Why?
I've let you go from my life.
I received bigger blessings because I set you free.
All you caused me was grievance,
But now I have peace.

Darling thank you,
Thank you for teaching me a life lesson,
To let go.

Love Story by Taylor Swift

In today's post I will be talking about this song that I personally like from Taylor Swift the song's name is "Love Story". Ever since I heard it I immediately liked it, and that's a very long time were talking about! Perhaps about 3 years ago, call me a weirdo but I do like some country and we all (or the majority that is) know that Taylor started off her career as a singer with country songs. But guess what? I am a sucker for love songs. What I liked about this song was the fact that it was so innocent, so pure, so not sexual. Nowadays most of the songs I hear talk about either sex or drugs if it's not either it's both of them, it's hard to find an innocent song or just normal songs for my taste.

This song precisely talks about two high school teenagers that fall on love with each other but the girls dad (as always dad's are so truly over protective :\) didn't agree with their relationship, it's then that they're love turns into a fairy tale if you could say that. He soon realizes that the only way he can love her without limits, without no one being able to get in between them, to be able to love each other forever...is to marry her.

Is such a sweet song like oh my goodness! Every time I hear it it still brings me back to the same feeling: butterflies in my stomach, that gushy feeling in my heart (whom is saying "awww"). Back then I loved it and I was single but this song made the wait for the right person even more special, unique...pure.  And now that I have my other half that completes me it makes more sense and it's still very special, I like the song very much.

Though I do wish that Taylor would find the true meaning of love to her own song to enable herself to truly be happy in her love life. I love her voice but I find her recent songs very different than what she used to sing before and that scares me. I thought at one point that she was actually brave for being different than the other artists, her songs were different even her way of dressing was different but now she's just like everyone else. But what can I say? People do change, and that's just the way it is, I'll always love her voice and I'm pretty sure they'll always be songs that I'll like anyways.

What about you? What kind of genre do you listen to? Favorite song? Drop down your comments :)
Ps. Here's the link to the video in case you haven't heard the song: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8xg3vE8Ie_E

Tragic accident at the Grand Canyon

Three men have died in the Grand Canyon located in Northern Arizona just yesterday afternoon, officials have been on the case investigating the causes of this tragedy. The two survivors, Annie Fisher and Peter Fisher, both siblings survived the accident but their father Derek Fisher died in the incident.

"My dad thought it was a good day to go climbing so that me and Peter could get some practice," Annie Fisher said. "My dad was like our coach, he's passion was climbing so he trained us every time he had the chance."

Sgt. Paul Blark says that the cause of this was equipment failure of two other hikers that were farther on top from the Fisher family, the two men are identified as Michael Jim and Scott Pam. According to paramedic Lucy Davis all three men died instantly due to the impact on the ground. The fall caused about 95% of their bones to break, suffering from several concussions and inner bleeding. Even if they would have survived they would have eventually died from brain trauma, torn limbs, and damage on vital organs to the body such as the heart.

"We didn't know the other two hikers but as a tradition in the hiking family we agreed to go all together," Peter Fisher said. "As soon as they got loose our own equipment couldn't handle all of our weight and that's when they fell."

Both Annie Fisher and Peter Fisher are being treated by a physiologist to surpass the trauma of the accident that killed their father. Peter stated that he was under pressure to either obey he's father or to disobey him with the possibility of all of them dying. Peter Fisher cut Derek Fisher's rope to let go off his weight since their equipment couldn't hold on to any more weight. Now he has to face he's new reality as much as possible after having to been forced to commit such a decision of killing his own father.

"This is the dangers that every single hiker face when they decide to climb, they have to keep in mind that one day they can climb but never return alive," Sgt. Paul Blark said. "What happened here is a tragedy and we encourage every hiker to think hard about climbing this extremely high canyons and mountains before actually doing it. They have to bear in mind that they are going up against death itself. Three men have died but fortunately two have survived and we're hoping to decrease the amount of deaths of hikers by encouraging more precautions."
